In the first instance, the marketing executive during their calls to the buyers take the orders and pass on the same to the respective dealer/distributor. The execution takes place within 7 days from the date of order.

In the 2nd instance, direct enquiries to the company and the distributor are passed to the concerned dealer for execution within 3 / 4 days from the date of order.
