Co-axial cables today are the life line of Cable TV industry, which now provides entertainment and education from terestrial, satellite, videos and Internet transmissions. NIG cables are suitable for Cable TV, CATV / SMATV, LAN systems as well as Telecom.

Several Types of Coaxial Cables complete the Cable TV distribution networks, these are Super Trunk, Trunk Branch and Drop Cables. They are used for carrying television signals from the "Head End" to the end user.

The distribution system consists of Trunk Cable extending from head end, distribution cables branching out along streets and branch / indoor cables running from distribution line into subscribers home.
